Do you want your Realtor onboard with this? We do too! Fortuna’s purpose is to reduce friction and provide assurance while providing the maximum flexibility. The ultimate goal is for you to sell your home to the highest bidder – not to us. Once you sell your home, Fortuna’s offer will be cancelled, and the cancellation will be handled during escrow.
If for some reason, Fortuna needs to buy your home, you can rest assured knowing we will work directly with your Realtor to re-list the home for sale.
